Kennedy's HAPPY day

Today was a GREAT day for Kennedy...... she got her braces off !!! ( March 2, 2009 ) She has had her top braces on since 7th grade and her bottoms on for almost a year. She had two teeth that would not come out so 2 years ago we had to have them pulled... then the permanent teeth took forever to come in , so when they finally did he could put the bottom ones on. Both Kennedy & I went to Dr. Tad Johnson he is a fun orthodontist, he always had different contest going on , and we always had alot of fun on our visits. As you can see he was covering Kennedy's face because I was going to take a picture.Here she is before they took them off...

And after... When you get your braces off they play a song REALLY loud ( It took Hudson by surprise and he didn't really know what to think ) and they all have a instrument and make loud noises and give you balloons, candy bar, popcorn and a soda, all the things you are not suppose to have when you have braces.

Look how good her teeth look, it was totally worth the wait. Now she just better wear her retainers so she won't have to go through that again.

And this is Hudson watching (guess what ????? ) Horton hears a who... thank goodness they had the DVD, it kept him entertained. Thanks Dr. Johnson and staff, we have really enjoyed coming to see you, and we will be back when Hudson needs braces.
